The Mucumbli Ecolodge should be part of every São Tomé vacation. The idyllic complex, which is also used for farming, comprises comfortable and lovingly furnished bungalows. It is situated on a hill with a magnificent view of the sea. The restaurant serves mainly Italian and Saotomean cuisine with many home-made products on the magnificent terrace.

Club Santana **** | São Tomé | Eastcoast

Club Santana is located 15 km south of the capital on a rocky outcrop of volcanic soil and coral rock directly on the Atlantic Ocean and has a beautiful private sandy beach. The spacious, air-conditioned bungalows are surrounded by a tropical-botanical garden of cocoa and coffee trees, bougainvilleas and palm trees. The resort also has a diving center.

Praia Inhame Ecolodge *** | São Tomé | South

The accommodation is located in the south of São Tomé on a dream beach, where turtles lay their eggs in winter, and offers bungalows with sea views in various sizes. The nearest town, Porto Allegre, is around 15 minutes walk away. The surrounding area is fantastic: there are other beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity and from the lodge you have a direct view of the small equatorial island of Rolas.

Roca Sundy Lodge *** | Príncipe

The manor house of the Roca Sundy plantation was lovingly converted into a hotel a few years ago. It belongs to the same hotel group as Praia Sundy, whose beach you can reach and use after a short walk downhill. The history of Príncipe can be experienced on the grounds of the plantation, where locals also live. The hotel consists of authentically decorated rooms in various categories. As with the Sundy Praia, daily excursions to explore the island by boat or on foot are included in the accommodation price.
